Who Can Be A Mentor or Coach?
Humans who lead with the empathy to work with Black and Brown men are welcome to apply.
Mentors or coaches are humans with deep industry, entrepreneurship, investment, and/or career development experience in design, product, marketing, engineering, or other technical roles. Mentors work with mentees and companies without expectations of compensation (pro-bono), share their knowledge and wisdom, and provide opportunities as they see appropriate. These opportunities can include – but are not limited to – introductions and direct feedback.
